Rovers have signed striker Tyreece John-Jules on a season-long loan from Premier League side Arsenal.
The 19-year-old has come through the youth system at the Emirates Stadium, and scored eight goals in 13 appearances for their Under-18s and Under-23s combined last season.
The England youth international already has Sky Bet League One experience under his belt having spent time on loan at Lincoln City in the second-half of last season.
The forward hasn’t signed in time to play in Tuesday’s EFL Trophy tie against Bradford, but could make his Rovers debut against MK Dons this weekend.
