To commemorate those members of the Rovers family we have lost in 2021, we invite families and friends to submit to the club the name of a departed loved one to be included in our commemorative list.
A minute of applause will be held prior to our Sky Bet League One game against Fleetwood Town on January 8 and the list of names will be included in the matchday programme and on social media.
This list will be restricted to the names of those we have lost during the period January - December 2021.
If you would like to submit someone for this annual commemoration, please check first with the departed one’s relatives before submitting a name.
Names of those who have passed away during 2021 should be submitted to the club by completing this form and all submissions will need to be forwarded to the club by January 1, 2022.
