Robert Lewis will be the man in charge when Rovers travel to Blackpool on Tuesday evening.
Lewis has a decade of experience officiating in the EFL having joined the national list of referees in the summer of 2010.
He hasn’t taken charge of a Rovers match since an infamous 1-0 away defeat to Charlton Athletic in 2017 when a second half clash with the Addicks’ Josh Magennis left the referee with concussion.
In 2020/21 Lewis has overseen 21 matches handing out 57 yellow cards and three reds.
On Tuesday, he will be assisted by Kevil Mulraine and Paul Graham. Richard Woodward is the fourth official.
