Rovers U18s will travel to Peterborough United on Wednesday January 13 to take on The Posh's U18s in the third round of the FA Youth Cup.
After beating Cat Two Academy Hull City 3-2 at the KCOM Stadium in the second round and Coventry Sphinx away in the first, the youngsters now face another away trip in the third.
There’s a little bit of history being made this week as Wednesday will mark the first time Rovers U18s have competed in the third round in six years.
The match will kick off at 2pm and will be played behind closed doors at the home ground of Peterborough Sports.
