Rovers sign exciting winger Elliot Simoes on loan from Barnsley until the end of the season
The 21-year old began his youth career at Benfica before making the move to the UK. At 16, he was impressing at FC United of Manchester and in January 2019, he signed a three-and-a-half year deal with Barnsley.
He has made 27 appearances for the Championship club since joining, scoring three goals.
He will be squad number 22.
