Rotherham United and Sheffield Wednesday both returned to Sky Bet League One this season, setting up some South Yorkshire derbies for supporters to look forward to.
Both of these away trips will come in August with Richie Wellens’ men due to travel to Sheffield Wednesday on August 14 and Rotherham United on August 28.
Rovers will host Rotherham United on January 8 and Sheffield Wednesday on February 19.
Lincoln City – who remain one of the shortest trips for Rovers – will visit the Keepmoat Stadium on November 20 while the away trip comes less than one month later on December 18.
All fixtures are provisional and subject to change.
