Goalkeeper Ben Bottomley has put pen to paper on a one-year deal at the club.
The young shot-stopper joined the Academy at U16s, impressing coaches with his work ethic. He began training with the senior team and travelled with the squad on numerous occasions.
He appeared on the bench several times at the end of the 2020/21 campaign as back up to fellow Academy graduate Louis Jones.
Bottomley said: “I’m buzzing. It’s a proud moment for me, my family and everyone around me so I’m just really happy.
“At the end of last season, I was on the bench for the final eight games behind Louis Jones.
“With the opportunity that he’s been given, it’s great to know that if I do well I could be following in his footsteps so that’s great to see.
“I’m going to come back for pre-season, be prepared to hit the ground running and if I get any opportunities, I’ll take them.”
