Rovers U18s face local rivals Rotherham United in round two of the FA Youth Cup at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Goals from Alex Fletcher and Jack Goodman in round one of the competition sent Rovers through in an entertaining 2-1 victory over Basford United.
Academy manager Tony Cook added: “We’re looking forward to welcoming Rotherham United to the Keepmoat Stadium.
“It is set up to be a fantastic tie against two strong teams and the fact that we’re local rivals adds extra spice to the occasion.
“This will be the first home tie we have had in the last three seasons. So it is a special night for the players and staff to be able to play under the lights on our excellent Keepmoat Stadium pitch."
Tickets can be purchased in advance from the Club Doncaster Box Officer or alternatively, you can pay on the gate at turnstiles 17-19 in the Mech FS West Stand.
The game kicks off at 7pm on Tuesday November 16.
