Doncaster’s best firework display, Big Bang 2021 will take place at the Keepmoat Stadium tonight (November 5) from 5pm.
Below are frequently asked questions about the event:
How much is entry tonight?
Standard entry tonight is £5 (cash only), children under one metre tall will gain free entry.
Please note, any child aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
If you have pre-booked your ticket(s) and have still to collect, you will be able to do so at one of the five entry points on the night.
Where can I park?
Car Parking is available on the night Car Parks one to four at the Keepmoat Stadium. The cost for parking will be £3 and we ask that you have the correct change available when arriving, in order for us to maintain efficient entry into the stadium vicinity.
What time will the entry points open?
Entry points will open from 5pm
What time are the firework displays?
The children’s display will take place at 6.30pm and the main display will take place at 8.45pm.
Do I have to wear a facemask?
Although facemasks will not be mandatory, Club Doncaster supports any individuals wishing to wear them.
You may also see some of our staff around the Stadium wearing face coverings please don’t be offended by an individual's choice on this matter.
Is social distancing in place?
While social distancing measures have been removed by the Government, we understand that some of our visitors may feel apprehensive being at an event with so many people in attendance.
Please be courteous and respectful in trying, where possible, to maintain a safe distance when queuing and around the stadium vicinity. NHS track and trace will also be available around the stadium, and we encourage everyone to use it.
Are there sanitising stations available?
Yes, there are sanitising stations available on each entry point and on the Stadium concourse in the SMTXtra USA East Stand, we recommend all visitors use the sanitising station prior to entry into the event.
I’ve been feeling a little under the weather in the last few days can I still attend?
You are responsible for ensuring you and everyone in your party has read the below and if any of you have experienced any of the symptoms within the given timeframe, then we ask that you DO NOT travel to the Keepmoat Stadium
In the last 24 hours, you have had, or you currently have, any of the following.
- A persistent dry cough.
- Any shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.
- Any pain on swallowing.
- Any chills or fevers.
- Any generalised muscle aches or pain which you have not had before.
- A headache.
- Loss of taste or smell.
- Feeling more run down/ tired / fatigued than usual.
In the past 10 days.
- You have had any COVID-19 symptoms.
- Anyone in your household has had any of the above symptoms or a
temperature recorded 37.8c or above.
- You have come into contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- You have been in quarantine.
- You have been contacted by the NHS Test & Trace Service.
I need to visit the stadium during the day can I?
Yes, the Box Office, Foundation Fitness and the Club Doncaster Academy are still open as are the NHS swabbing and blood test facilities. However, due to the fun fair being in place please ensure that you park in Car Park Two when visiting the stadium and walk to your venue (Box Office, Foundation Fitness and Club Doncaster Academy). For the NHS facilities, please enter via car park two and make your way around the stadium. Please note that temporarily this access will be two ways so please be aware of oncoming traffic.
What time will the Box Office remain open until?
The Box Office will be open until 3.30pm.
What time will Foundation Fitness remain open until?
Foundation Fitness will remain open until 5pm.
What time will Club Doncaster Academy remain open until?
The Club Doncaster Academy will remain open until 10pm, if you have a booking for the pitches tonight, please park in Car Park 3. You will receive a refund on your parking ticket at the Academy reception. Please note that the immediate vicinity of the stadium will be much busier than usual, so therefore please give yourself more time prior to your booking.
