Eight-year-old Jaidie ran a kilometre around the Keepmoat Stadium pitch on Saturday ahead of Rovers league match against Lincoln City as she completes 30k in 30 days for charity.
Jaidie is fundraising for Doncaster cancer charity Firefly as she finds a way to thank the charity for the support they have been providing for her great grandparents.
She was supported by all four sides of the stadium with applause following her around the pitch as she completed three laps. Jaidie was joined for the first lap by club mascot Donny Dog while club legend James Coppinger waved the flag for the start of the race and defenders Charlie Seaman and Cameron John created a finish line.
The fundraiser began on November 1 and will finish on the final day of the month. Supporters who would like to support Jaidie’s fundraiser can donate here.
Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Jaidie on her incredible run and wish her the best of luck for the remainder of the fundraiser.
