Jon Taylor spoke to the media ahead of Tuesday night’s game against Bolton Wanderers in Sky Bet League One.
The winger got 69 minutes under his belt against Lincoln City at the weekend and is looking forward to building on that against the Trotters.
On being back involved:
“I’ve been wanting to come back and feel good about myself on the pitch which I did at the weekend.
“I know there are limitations on me as part of my recovery so to get more than an hour against Lincoln was a bonus.
“I think I’ve become a better person from all the setbacks so hopefully I can use that to make me a better player.”
On togetherness being key:
“It’s hard to play in this league with so many key players out, we will get stronger there is no doubt about that.
“We’ve shown our team spirit recently and the way the lads have dug in for each other during games has been great.
“If we keep that and then add some more ruthlessness up top then we’ll have a really good balance.”
