We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and professional person who is able to play a key role within the Commercial team. The successful applicant will thrive in supporting the delivery of commercial services to partners, and coordinating the administration and operations of the department, at the direction of the Chief Commercial Officer helping to grow the reputation of Club Doncaster and its elite sporting teams.

The Role Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, as a full time permanent employee, the role will support the activation of all Club Doncaster commercial activities, and the delivery of the agreed partnerships between Club Doncaster and its partner organisations. Whilst this is a partnership deliver role, the successful person should live by the family culture of the brand, and have experience of working and managing related areas, and able to support departments on a practical level when needed.
Successful applicants, should have some experience in a previous role, ideally in an elite sport environment or commercial / hospitality. It would be desirable to have undertaken additional formal based qualifications or work experience within Business Management / Marketing / Sports Business.
Skills required • Experience Managing multiple priorities & stakeholders • Previous experience within a leisure venue or equivalent role • Awareness of the elite sports culture • Good standard of general education • Ability to manage conflicting and changing priorities • Excellent communication skills • Be able to work in a professional and responsible manner. • Have excellent attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm in all situations
Personal qualities • Punctual and have an excellent record of attendance. • Willing to learn and committed to achieving high standards within their work.
