Doncaster Rovers would like to apologise to supporters who received archive emails from the club on Tuesday.
Following an upgrade to our ticketing and CRM system, a technical error caused a number of old email newsletters to be sent out to supporters.
We have now been informed that this issue has been completely resolved and the provider has put steps in place to prevent any similar problems when upgrades occur.
The club can assure all supporters that at no point was there any data breach and all systems were and remain secure.
