Rovers host high-flying MK Dons at the Keepmoat Stadium on Saturday for just their fourth home Sky Bet League One match of the season.
The Dons have had a blistering start to the 2021/22 campaign. Known for quick, passing football, Liam Manning has also brought fight and determination to his side which has seen his side show fighting spirit when they went toe-to-toe with Fleetwood Town on Tuesday evening.
The team currently sit third in the Sky Bet League One table after a run of nine games unbeaten.
Richie Wellens’ side have kept two consecutive league clean sheets at home picking up four points in their three games, and they’ll be hoping to build on a steady start to their home form with another positive result on Saturday.
