The Supporters Club main branch AGM is set to take place at the Keepmoat Stadium on October 7.
The event will take place in Belle Vue Bar and will begin at 7pm with doors open from 6.30pm.
Manager Richie Wellens will be attendance with a Q&A taking place at 7.30pm.
The AGM is free to attend and open to all Doncaster Rovers supporters.
Please note that everyone attending should park in car park two. Car parks one and three are permit holder only and parking there may result in a fine.
