Foundation and Development Phase age groups finish September strongly with positive results against Mansfield Town.
Academy manager Tony Cook has been delighted with how his staff across all age groups have developed a strong identity.
He said: “The younger age groups have been doing very well. I watched the U13s recently who put in a good performance against Mansfield at the Keepmoat Stadium.
“Watching over all the games on a Sunday it is nice to see we have a clear identity with how we play on the ball. The organisation is excellent as well.
“That is all testament to the coaches that lead them age groups as well as all the part-time coaches who work really hard.
“I come home from the games on a Sunday feeling proud of my staff for all the work they have done with the kids.”
