Supporters on Twitter have voted Ethan Galbraith as Man of the Match for his performance against Morecambe.
The Northern Irish midfielder who is on loan from Manchester United put in a confident and assured performance in the middle of the park to keep things ticking over and won the online poll with 45.9% of the vote.
Second was goalkeeper Pontus Dahlberg who was named the sponsor’s man of the match. The Swedish keeper made an important first-half stop to deny Wes McDonald but his best save came in the seventh minute of injury time when he denied Cole Stockton from close range with a save down to his right.
Goal scorer Tommy Rowe came in third while Kyle Knoyle was fourth. There were also votes in the comments for Ben Close who had a very good day in the middle of the park and chipped in with the assist.
