Rovers Academy have joined forces with Heja to enhance communication across all age groups.
The app will be used from U9s up to U16s and will help plan upcoming training sessions, games and team activities, keeping players, coaches and parents all in the loop.
Having used the application for a month now, Lead youth development coach Tony Mee believes it has been a game changer for the Academy.
“Since we have started using the app we have been able to engage with our players a lot more to provide in-depth feedback on training session and games and provide any kind of pastoral support whenever our players have needed it,” he said.
“The app has been easy to use so our players and coaches have had no training and all picked it up with ease. We have had nothing but positive responses.”
Doncaster Rovers Academy teams will be supported by Heja this season and use the app to communicate and organise all training and matches.
