Ipswich Town have confirmed their entry requirements to Portman Road for the upcoming Sky Bet League One match on Tuesday September 28. Kick-off 7.45pm.

Supporters must meet the following criteria to gain entry to the ground and are asked to arrive as early as possible as checks at the turnstiles will mean entry to the stadium will take longer than usual.

Please note that tickets have been printed with incorrect arrival times and all supporters should aim to arrive by 6.30pm.

Entry requirements:

• Supporters aged 11 and over must show proof of negative lateral flow test result taken within 48hrs of the game or proof of double vaccination. If no proof of either, admission will not be granted by Ipswich Town
• The proof of a negative lateral flow test must be demonstrated via text message or email via NHS Test & Trace. Ipswich will not accept a lateral flow test stick as proof
• For those double vaccinated, proof of both doses received at least 14 days prior to the match
• All persons 13 years and over must have photo ID available to verify their covid status on arrival at turnstiles
• All tickets will have an arrival time printed on them, disregard the time and it is requested supporters should look to arrive at 6.30pm.
• Mask wearing is mandatory in indoor areas such as concourse and toilets. Whilst not mandatory in the stadium bowl it is strongly encouraged in all outdoor spectator settings
• With the checks in place, access through the turnstiles will take longer

The lower stand is available for use by ambulant supporters and their carers only. Ambulant supporters can book the Upper Stand but at the higher price (there is no lift access in this area). Wheelchair users are in a different stand to the away supporters.
