Andrew Kitchen will be the man in the middle when Rovers take on Salford City in Sky Bet League Two this weekend.
The Durham based official was added to the EFL list of referees at the start of last season, and refereed Rovers’ 2-1 win over MK Dons, and the 3-3 draw at Shrewsbury Town.
In total during the 2012/22 campaign, he took charge of 29 games, handing out 69 yellow card and two reds.
On Saturday, Kitchen will be assisted by Lisa Rashid and Declan Ford, the fourth official will be Alex Gray.
