Louis Jones has been at Rovers for more than a decade.
The Thorne-born shot-stopper joined the Academy aged just 12-years-old and it has been a long road to first team football at his boyhood club.
The 23-year-old has been training with the senior team since the age of 16 signing his first pro-deal in January 2016 and making his first appearance on the bench three months later.
Now approaching 50 appearances, Jones has become proof to young local players who are just entering the Rovers Academy set-up that - with hard-work, dedication and patience - it is possible to follow your dreams and break into the first team.
For Youth Development Week, Jones sat down to discuss his journey so far, his education alongside football and the Academy.
