Craig Hicks will be the referee for Rovers’ South Yorkshire derby against Sheffield Wednesday this Saturday.
Hicks has taken charge of 26 matches across all competitions this season, giving out 76 yellows and five reds.
Since he started officiating in 2013, Hicks has refereed three Rovers matches in that time.
Paul Stonier and Johnathon Bickerdike will run the lines while Simon Mather has been appointed fourth official.
