Charlie Seaman believes results will come for Rovers if they keep their performance levels high.
Since the turn of the year, performances have been impressive and Rovers have been unfortunate to drop points on occasions. After a narrow defeat to promotion-chasing Ipswich Town midweek, Rovers head to Portsmouth in Sky Bet League One.
On Portsmouth test:
“We are the underdogs. Hopefully, we can replicate performances like the one against Sunderland.
“When the games are coming thick and fast we need to make sure we bounce back after a defeat.
“We just have to keep working hard and use the Sunderland game as a guide to benchmark ourselves upon.”
On sticking together:
“We are going to work as a team and create chances and give the fans something to cheer about.
“We are all going to work hard together right until the end and put everything we can into making sure we survive.
“If we keep working hard then results will fall into place.”
On the eight new signings made in January:
“The lads who joined last month have made a great impact. There have been great players brought in who have helped us out massively.
“It’s like a breath of fresh air to have them here. We have adapted well to having them here as performances have picked up since they all arrived.”
