Ro-Shaun Williams spoke to the media following the 1-0 win at Lincoln City in Sky Bet League One.
Williams was part of a back three and overall defensive unit that performed brilliantly to earn Rovers a clean sheet and three points at the LNER Stadium.
On another key win:
“It was a good result for us, we definitely needed the win and hopefully now we can find some momentum.
“There was the break in the second-half with the problem in the stands, I couldn’t see what had happened but I’d like to wish that supporter all the best and hopefully he is alright.
“We stayed focused and it was a mental battle, we worked so hard and earned the three points.”
On an effective change of shape:
“We were disciplined and everyone did their jobs well, we won our individual battles and looked after each other on the pitch.
“We changed shape a little bit and we adapted well after working on it in the last couple of days.
“I was used to playing in a back three while I was at Shrewsbury so I was comfortable going in there for this game.”
