Rovers’ away match against Cambridge United in Sky Bet League One will be played on Tuesday January 18 and kick off at 7.45pm.
The EFL has insisted that the match takes place on this date due to Cambridge’s ongoing progress in both the Emirates FA Cup and Papa John’s Trophy.
The original match – which was due to be played on December 30 – was postponed due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the Cambridge squad.
Tickets which were purchased for the original fixture will remain valid for the rearranged date and tickets are back on sale for those who are yet to purchase.
