Following the promotion of the post holder, we are looking to recruit a PDP coach, specifically focusing on the U18 team. This post is a full-time permanent contract.
The successful candidate should have a demonstrable and evidential track record of coaching youth and Academy players, preferably within an elite environment, and the ability to quickly develop professional relationships with players to create a positive and free-flowing learning environment.
Applicants should possess a UEFA A, and FA advanced Youth Award outfield coaching qualifications. Applicants via CV should be able to demonstrate within their application and at interview how they have managed players and game situations within the youth elite game, and how they have incorporated all areas of the multi-disciplinary team into youth development programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Coaching, alongside the Academy Manager, the person will be in place after a period of transition, ensuring that player development and the 2022/2023 season is planned to give players the best possible experience to grow and develop their professional journey.
