Rovers can confirm the bolstering of the backroom staff with a pair of new appointments.
Experienced physiotherapist Michael McBride has been appointed to the medical department and has already begun working closely with the first team squad.
McBride spent the previous four years with Scunthorpe United and has worked at first team level with Coventry City, Bristol City, St Johnstone, Wigan Athletic and Chesterfield.
For more than a decade he was the head physiotherapist for the Football Association in his native Scotland.
Also joining the club is Michael Cairney in the role of head scout.
The 29-year-old has previously worked with Dutch club FC Twente and Chesterfield and was latterly the head of recruitment for Barnet.
We welcome both new starters to the club.
