The game will see a large portion of the U18s continue their pre-season preparation, with some members of the first-team squad expected to be involved.
The U18s have played two pre-season matches so far, drawing with both Oldham Athletic and Sheffield United.
The game will take place at the Millennium Stadium at 7pm. Gates open an hour before.
