Staff from Club Doncaster have raised money for charity by completing Doncaster’s Half Marathon 2022.
Senior club executives Shaun Lockwood and John Davis were joined by James Coppinger and management and playing staff from Doncaster Rovers Belles in completing the Half Marathon.
Volunteers present included representation from Club Doncaster Foundation’s Fit Rovers who were on hand marshaling and supporting the event.
Club Doncaster Foundation's chief executive officer John Davis said: “We were delighted to be a chosen charity at this year's Doncaster Half Marathon. Along with the fantastic runners and volunteers, it was brilliant to see so many people lining the route and children getting involved in our pre-event competitions. We look forward to working with Curly’s to continue to grow the event.
“All money fundraised through this event will support our social inclusion programmes that help people in need across Doncaster. We work to connect people and ensure that as many people as possible can have access to positive activities.”
