Rovers have finalised the pre-season schedule with confirmation that Huddersfield Town will visit the Eco-Power Stadium for a friendly on July 16.
Carlos Corberán’s side will provide the opposition for the first of two home friendlies, fresh from their appearance in the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.
The Terriers enjoyed an excellent campaign last season as they pushed for automatic promotion, with former Rovers loanee Harry Toffolo among their top performers.
They will provide a stern examination of Rovers’ progress during pre-season as Gary McSheffrey prepares for the new term.
The game will kick off at 3pm.
