Luke Molyneux says the Rovers squad are relishing the intensity at which they are training every day under head coach Danny Schofield.
Molyneux and his team mates are looking to make it three wins in a row under Schofield when they take on Colchester United this weekend.
On working every day to improve:
“The gaffer has lifted the intensity and we’re working a lot harder on the training pitch so make the games easier for us.
“We go through a lot of tactical stuff and work on how he wants us to play, the outcome on it has been good in the majority of games since he came in.
“He’s an approachable guy and he’ll be open with us, and we want to give him our all and work really hard for him.
“It’s down to us as players to deal with the demands, we’ve got a lot of boys who seem to be relishing how we’re being asked to do things.”
On his partnership with Kyle Knoyle:
“Myself and Knoyley have a really good understanding going down the right, and if I’m the one sliding him in to put a ball into the box I’ll take that.
“He’s been brilliant and I know he’s always going to be there in support, the assists he’s got have been great and a real asset.
“It clicked fairly early between us and now we’re on the same wavelength it comes natural, it’s been growing game by game.”
