Rovers have been drawn to face King's Lynn Town at home in the Emirates FA Cup first round.
The Linnetts currently sit top of the National League North after losing just one of their opening 11 league games.
Rovers beat Scunthorpe United 1-0 at the first round stage last season, with Tommy Rowe scoring the winner at Glanford Park.
The tie against King's Lynn will be played over the weekend of November 4-7.
