Hurst strike nominated for Sky Bet League Two goal of the month

14 October 2022

Kyle Hurst's brilliant individual effort against Crawley Town has been nominated for the Sky Bet League Two goal of the month award for September.

The Rovers winger collected the ball inside his own half, before driving 50 yards forward and past a handful of Crawley defenders, and had the composure to finish beyond Corey Addai and seal a 4-1 win at the Eco-Power Stadium.

The goal took Hurst's tally to the season to four, having joined the club from Birmingham City in the summer.

The 20-year-old is up against Mansfield's Ollie Clarke, Jake Young of Bradford, and Stockport County's Chris Hussey in the vote.

You can vote for Kyle's goal against Crawley HERE.

The supporters' votes will be combined with the choices from a panel to determine the winner.

The judging panel comprises Sky Sports’ EFL experts Don Goodman & David Prutton.

Voting will close at 5pm on Monday October 17.
