Green grocers L&H Cairns have become Official Bronze Partners of Club Doncaster.
The local business supplies Doncaster Rovers Training Ground with fresh fruit and vegetables every day, allowing playing and backroom staff access to high quality nutritional food.
Life-long Rovers supporters and married couple Les and Helen, run the green grocers and offer fruit and veg on Doncaster Market every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday as well as supplying local hotels, pubs, and restaurants across the borough with fresh produce all year round.
Business development manager at Club Doncaster, Michael Kilby-Scott said: “We are thrilled to welcome Les and Helen Cairns to Club Doncaster as Bronze Partners. We pride ourselves on working with local businesses and helping them to achieve their goals. We are looking forward to working with them.
“Les has already enjoyed some of the perks of the Official Partnership by using his hospitality places to enjoy Rovers vs Fleetwood Town fixture a couple of weeks ago. That day was especially memorable for him and his family as son Alex plays in goal for Fleetwood.”
Les and Helen also run The Blake Cairns Foundation in memory of their late son, who would have been 21 this year. The Foundation raises money to help other families of car crash victims who require financial assistance at their time of need. They also help pay for young people to have additional driver training with the police and fire services.
The partnership model at Club Doncaster allows businesses to tailor the way they advertise and showcase their brand to the level that they want.
