Officials confirmed for Barrow trip

12 September 2022

Scott Oldham has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with Barrow on Tuesday night.

The Lancashire official has taken charge of six matches this term, with the majority coming in Sky Bet League Two. He has issued 16 yellow cards and no reds across those games.

This will be his first outing of the season refereeing a Rovers game but he previously handled them on eight occasions over the last four seasons.

His most recent game involving Rovers was the 5-0 defeat to Rotherham United in February. Of the eight matches he has overseen, Rovers won four and drawn two.

Oldham will be assisted by Billy Smallwood and Jake Topp on Tuesday while Matt Corlett has been assigned fourth official duties.
