Darren Drysdale has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with Rochdale on Saturday.
The Lincolnshire official has taken charge of seven matches this term, spread evenly across League One and Two. He has issued 17 yellow cards and no reds across those games.
This will be his first outing of the season refereeing a Rovers game but he previously handled 18 matches.
Drysdale's most recent game involving Rovers was the 1-0 win at MK Dons in January. Of the 18 matches, Rovers won 10.
Drysdale will be assisted by Andrew Hendley and Matthew Parry on Saturday while Lee Freeman has been assigned fourth official duties.
