Harrison Biggins says he is looking forward to the intensity of a Yorkshire derby against Bradford City at the Eco-Power Stadium this weekend.
Just two points separate the two sides in the Sky Bet League Two table, and Biggins believes it is set up to be a mouthwatering clash.
On Rovers’ position in the table:
“There are plenty of teams in the division who will think they are in with a shout of the play-offs, and we consider ourselves one of those.
“There isn’t much to separate the teams around us and it’s really close at the minute, so it’s down to us to win enough games to get in there.
“We’d managed to put a good little run together prior to the defeat at Sutton so we’re all keen to get that winning feeling back in the dressing room.”
On competition for places in midfield:
“Charlie Lakin has come in and added competition in the middle of the park, and in the games he’s played I’ve been really impressed.
“He’s been a big part of the team in games where we’ve picked up results, and having that strength in depth brings out the best in players.
“I love coming in to work here every day. It’s hard work in training and the standards are high but that is what I want and I really enjoy it.
“The lads and staff are great, I’m looking forward to playing regularly again now that I’ve got myself back fit and had some time on the pitch at Sutton.”
