Sam Allison will be the man in the middle when Rovers take on Hartlepool United in Sky Bet League Two this weekend.
The Wiltshire-based official was added to the EFL list of referees at the start of the 2020/21 campaign, and took charge of his one and only Rovers game last season when Charlton Athletic were the visitors to South Yorkshire.
So far this term, he has overseen 21 fixtures, handing out 66 yellow cards and four reds in the process.
Allison will be assisted by Anthony Da Costa and Jake Topp at the Eco-Power Stadium. Richie Watkins is the fourth official.
