Darren Handley will be the man in the middle when Rovers take on Crawley Town in Sky Bet League Two this weekend.
The Lancashire-based official was added to the EFL list of referees at the start of the 2014/15 campaign, and first took charge of Rovers in a goalless draw with MK Dons in October 2014.
He has gone on to referee Rovers a further five times since then, and they are unbeaten in matches where he has taken charge.
Handley will be assisted by Nicholas Cooper and Conor Farrell at the Broadfield Stadium, Paul Yates is the fourth official.
