Joseph Olowu said the expectations set by Grant McCann and Cliff Byrne have been fully embraced by the Rovers squad.
The defender admits he has enjoyed the first few weeks of life under new management at the club and is looking forward to the new season.
"Very, very good," he said. "From the first day we knew what we were going to get. They set the ground rules on what they expect and they are things that we as a team wanted as well and it fell in line with what a lot of us as individuals had in mind in times of ambitions.
"Having people that are leading the process being the ones that have set the ground rules, it's easy for you to get on board because it's what you want to buy into and what you want to do.
"I trust and believe we'll be able to do that."
