Louis Jones has made no secret of his primary goal after signing his new contract - cementing the number one spot at Rovers.
The Thorne-born keeper has signed a new two-year deal with his boyhood club and is determined to fight all the way with the returning Ian Lawlor for the starting shirt this season.
"I had a tough season last year with injury and illness but that's behind me now," he said. "I'm just excited to sign the new contract and I'm looking to kick on now and show everyone what I can do.
"It'd be the same answer for any player in any position - everyone wants to play every week. That's the only way you can really progress your career so that is a goal I definitely want to achieve."
