David Rock has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with Harrogate Town on Tuesday evening.
The Hertfordshire official has taken charge of 22 matches this term, with the majority coming in Sky Bet League One. He has issued 80 yellow cards and three red across those games.
This will be his first outing of the season refereeing a Rovers game but he previously handled them on four occasions since 2019.
His most recent game involving Rovers was the 3-0 home defeat to Burton Albion in April 2021. Of the four matches, Rovers won three.
Rock will be assisted by Blake Antrobus and Ivan Stankovic on Tuesday while Daniel Middleton has been assigned fourth official duties.
