Rovers have completed the signing of goalkeeper Stuart Moore from Blackpool on emergency loan terms.
The 28-year-old has gone straight into the starting XI for his debut in Rovers’ clash with Salford City.
The signing was instigated following a shoulder injury to Jonathan Mitchell, while fellow senior keepers Louis Jones and Ben Bottomley are both recovering from injuries.
Moore started his career with Reading and has also spent time on the books of Barrow, Swindon Town and MK Dons. He joined Blackpool in February 2021.
The emergency loan deal covers seven days. Moore will wear the number 25 shirt during his time with Rovers.
