Rovers came from behind in the replay at Accrington Stanley to book their place in the second round of the Emirates FA Cup.
Joe Pritchard struck early to give Accrington the advantage at the Crown Ground but Zain Westbrooke equalised in the second half to send the game to extra time, where Joe Ironside netted the winner for Rovers.
