Ben Close says evidence shows there is nothing guaranteed when it comes to results in Sky Bet League Two this season.
Rovers’ start to the season has pitched them against eight of the sides currently sitting in the top half of the table.
And while the upcoming run of games has Rovers facing teams that have made slower starts to the campaign, Close insists nothing at all can be taken for granted.
“In this league anyone can beat anyone,” he said. “It’s however the two teams turn up on the day.
“You can turn up against top of the league and if you’re right on it and they’re not, you win the game. And if you’re not quite at it against the bottom of the league , there’s a good chance you’ll get turned over.
“We know that in every game we need to be at the best of our ability in order to pick up wins.”
