Former Rovers chairman John Ryan will be in the club store at the Eco-Power Stadium prior to the clash with Grimsby Town to sign copies of a new book charting his time holding the reins at the club.
Doncaster Rovers: The John Ryan Years has been written by respected local historian Peter Tuffrey, who has known John since the late 1970s.
Built on detailed research, the book covers John’s era as chairman which saw the club rise from the ashes of relegation out of the Football League to the promotion to the Championship for the first time in half a century.
Copies of the book will be available to purchase from the Elite Pro Sports store at the stadium from Saturday, October 28, with the exclusive signing session taking placing between 12pm and 1pm.
Please note that only books sold in the shop will be signed during the session.
Further copies of the book will be available to buy from the Club Doncaster Box Office and club shop from Monday, October 30.
The book is priced at £14.99.
