Grant McCann believes Sky Bet League Two has been best characterised by unpredictability in the early weeks of the campaign.
Speaking to the media ahead of Saturday’s visit to on-form Stockport County, the Rovers manager said the hunt for consistency will be vital for sides seeking to secure promotion this term.
“I think the nature of this division is that anyone can beat anyone on any given day and it shows in results nearly every Saturday,” he said.
“Everyone is searching for that consistency and everyone wants to go on a five, six, seven game winning streak like Stockport are on now.
“Hopefully we can do that at some point.
“The season is early. You start speaking about this team in this position and all that but there’s 11 games gone. I think you see the fruits of the table when everyone has played each other once.
“People have had a good look at each other then and know what everyone is all about.”
