Neil Hair has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with Salford City on Tuesday, October 24.
The Cambridgeshire official has taken charge of six matches this term, with the majority coming in Sky Bet League One and Two. He has issued 24 yellow cards and no reds across those games.
This will be his eight outing refereeing a Rovers game since being promoted to the EFL in 2017. His last was the most recent meeting with Salford - the 3-1 defeat at the Peninsula Stadium in March.
Of his seven previous matches, Rovers won three and lost two.
Hair will be assisted by Mark Cunliffe and Jack Forder on Tuesday while Wayne Grunnill has been assigned fourth official duties.
