Tom Anderson insists Rovers are a match for any of their rivals in Sky Bet League Two as they prepare to visit early promotion favourites Wrexham.
The Welsh outfit had been tipped to secure back-to-back promotions having stormed to the National League title last term under high-profile ownership.
Speaking to the media ahead of the trip to the Racecourse Ground, Anderson said Rovers have a no fear approach to every game this season.
“They’re a big club that’s had a lot of success over the last few years so that’s something we’ll respect,” he said. “But there’s no fear.
“We go there not fearing anybody. We’re just as good as anyone in this league and we’ll go there with our plan and execute it.”
