Ed Duckworth has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with Swindon Town on Saturday.
The Cheshire official has taken charge of three matches this term, issuing 20 yellow cards and no red across those games.
Having been promoted to the EFL in the summer, this will be his first outing refereeing a Rovers game.
Duckworth will be assisted by Callum Jones and Hugh Gilroy on Saturday while Mark Jones has been assigned fourth official duties.
